Our mission

Stop losing people to silence.

Every meaningful career, project, or life change starts with a person you already know. Orbit exists to make sure those people never quietly disappear from your life.

Why Orbit exists

Traditional CRMs are built for sales pipelines: track a lead, close a deal, mark it won. Personal networks don't work that way. There's no close date on a friendship. Your favorite ex-colleague isn't a "warm lead" they're a person you want to keep in your life for the next twenty years.

So we built Orbit around a different shape: a galaxy, not a funnel. Every person gets a warmth score and an orbit ring. Some people are close and stay close. Others drift and Orbit tells you, without judgment, when to pull them back in.

It's the tool we wished existed the first time we realized a mentor hadn't heard from us in a year.

What we stand for

Private by default

Your contacts are yours. Row-level security, encrypted tokens, no shared data. Nothing about your network leaves your account without a deliberate action.

Quantified closeness

Relationships aren't binary. Warmth scores and orbit rings give you a shared vocabulary for who's close, who's peripheral, and who's drifting.

Quiet by design

No red badges, no daily emails, no dopamine loops. Orbit stays out of your way until someone in your network actually needs you.

How it works

01

Add the people who matter

Start with ten. A mentor, a few peers, an old collaborator, someone you keep meaning to catch up with. Set a warmth and a relationship type.

02

Pick a cadence

How often do you want to be in touch with each type of person? Orbit uses that as your baseline — you can always override per contact.

03

Let Orbit surface who's next

When you open the dashboard, the people drifting out of orbit are already at the top. Click, get a draft, send. Two minutes.

Start with ten people.

Two minutes to build your first orbit. A lifetime of relationships that don't quietly go cold.
